  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Can't even properly operate the 2 lane drive-thru set up. I was skipped 3 times before yelling into the microphone to "remind" them of the other line of cars waiting their turn. I get it, not brain surgeons.. but if you can tie your shoes you should be able to run a drive thru. Imagine the horror if these "$15/hr demanders" had to actually SERVE TABLES. I'll just make the extra 2 min drive down corkscrew and go to my girl with the red pigtails! They're always on point! That's what I get for sacrificing quality for convenience. Never again!

  Stopped on a road trip as a treat for the kids. Their CC provessing was down. Luckily we had enough cash for 2 happy meals, though my husband and i had to wait to drive to Arby's (though that was probably a benefit to us). We had to wait for well over 6 minutes after placing the order, only to get back in the car to find that the DC superheros that were on display were not in the happy meals, and they instead were given some generic emoticon cups. More like a dissapointment meal.
