  I used to come here almost every day. Then all of a sudden everything decresed. Poor Service 15 people waiting at cashier for just one cashier serving you. Nobody cares. The outside is never being cleaned looks dirty. Chairs pooped on from birds tables dirty and not being cleared although you see plenty of people (workers) inside but nobody seems to care at all. Mentioned all of the above several times. But no changes. Sad used to be a good place to be and sit outside

  Had a mess-up with my to-go order, but called back and spoke with the Manager. They corrected the order and added for extras for my troubles.
